Renovation contracting
Already own it? Our crews do the work. We self perform flooring, siding and windows and manage the rest of the scope. One bid, one schedule, one person to call.
Buying and selling, on and off market
We are licensed agents, so we can list your property or represent you on a purchase. We also buy for cash, and plenty of what we see never reaches the MLS.
Property management
Once the renovation is done, management is handled through our property management arm. Repairs go back to the same crews that did the work, so the property is never handed off to a stranger.
