Meet Zach Thomas

Big-project experience, brought home to Northwest Indiana

I am Zach Thomas, and I run Woods Remodel. Before this, I spent years managing large commercial construction for some of the top builders in the country, including JE Dunn, Skender, and Accel.

I hold a Bachelor’s in Building Construction Management from Purdue University, West Lafayette, and I have managed more than 1.3 million square feet of commercial work across the country, plus a 2,600-space parking garage at O’Hare. My projects have ranged from a 500,000 square foot, $352 million hotel and convention center to hospital towers, corporate high-rises, an airport parking structure, and government jobs. I have run every phase, from preconstruction and budgeting to daily site management and closeout.

That same standard goes into every Woods project, whether it is a flooring install, a full flip, or a commercial build.
