About This Project
This brick bungalow in East Chicago got a complete renovation, top to bottom. The main floor has a bright living room with built-ins, three bedrooms with new carpet, and a full kitchen with new white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances.
Downstairs, we finished the basement with a freshly tiled bathroom, new lighting, and a lot of extra living space. With the basement finished, it came to over 2,250 square feet. It sold in June 2022, close to Kosciusko Park and the South Shore train.
