Apartment Roof Replacement

About This Project

We replaced the roof on this three-story, seven-unit apartment building in Griffith. The old roof was torn off down to the deck and replaced with a new white membrane system, built to stand up to Northwest Indiana weather and help keep cooling costs down.

The crew staged materials with a scissor lift and worked safely around the building, finishing with new flashing, drains, and detail work throughout.
